Re: Bandana for R20!
A fantastic cause and well worth supporting. My wife lost her 14 year old niece to leukemia and we know too well the agony of loss and the cost of the treatment to try to save someone.

Having crossed the Cancer path this year and seeing what it does to your loved one - i tend to agree - this is a worthy cause. One can do more to help people with Cancer - even if just supporting such a more than worthy cause.

How is Elsabe doing? Are all the chemo sessions finished now? I must go and read her blog again to catch up on the news...

Yip, very worthy cause indeed! Already decided that our office will definitely participate in this cause!

Not Chemo - Radiation Therapy, but yes it has thankfully run its course - the Cancer she was diagnosed with cannot be treated with Chemo - although the effects of the Radiation was equally bad - hence our trip - had to give her something to look forward to. The Blogg is still there - although she has not updated it recently.

Re: Bandana for R20!
Next month is 20 years since my Mom passed away from Cancer.
She was only 55 ! My Dad is now 82 ! We still miss her. A very hard lesson to learn, but has made me enjoy and appreciate those around me.
Hope you guys had a wonderful time in Mauritius.
Wishing Elsabe strength in this difficult time.
Please send regards to her.
