The breakfast run to the Lakeside Avenue Inn was good! I took the boring but fast N3 and R59 route to Deneysville. Coming back, was a bit more scenic - via the R549 to Heidelberg and then short stretch of N3. Breakfast was R60 and R20 for entrance to the museum. I met the legendary Simon Fourie and his wife at the museum too.

What scared me was the thin rubber on those racing machines - how the heck did they stay upright?

The last Sunday of September is Bikers Sunday at Watercrest Country Food Market!

Watercrest Garden Estate is situated out on Lynnwood Road, Pretoria East.

Those not going on one of the several planned Club trips or on your own trip, consider a breakfast run to Watercrest!

Watercrest will have a breakfast buffet for the bikers at R45 per head.

Bikers are always welcome at Watercrest but the last week of September they would really like to push the venue for bikers.

The Getaway Show is on again this coming weekend at the Coca-Cola Dome in Randburg.

Can we arrange an informal breakie run and look at all the new and old stuff during the morning?

Suggest we meet again at Atterbury Shell at 09h00 and arrive at the gates around 10h00. The Randburg guys can meet us maybe at the gates, but then you will loose out on a nice ride.

Let's hear how you feel

On behalf of Pep Bierman (082 338 9566)

"Deneysville NG Kerk invites your members to join us on Saturday 6 June 2009 – we’re having our annual bazaar!

A special breakfast will be served (till 9:00). There will be a ‘braai’ and several food and other stalls.

The Harleys attended last year, but we want the BMW’s to join in this year!

Many motorcyclists are familiar with Deneysville for it’s a popular venue for breakfast runs.

Hope to see you there!"
