Club picture wall

I know the picture wall of the Club is a donation funding initiative. I would like to purchase a space on the wall for I finally have a photo I like a lot. I need to have a few questions answered.

What is the donation fee?
Where do I get the picture frame?
What is the max size of image for the frame? So I can make an image to fit.
Oh, who do I pay at Club night?

1 R50 for a standard A5 frame supplied
2 From Johan Maree at the Friday club gettogethers, or from Corlia when I'm incapacitated (usually later the evening)
